Q: Do you only locate apartments for rent?
A: No, Apartment Matchmakers will also help you find condos, townhomes, duplexes or single family homes for rent.
Q: How do you find out about apartments, condos and homes for rent?
A: We have established client relationships with area management companies that provide us with detailed information about their rental communities. We also have partnerships with many area real estate professionals and private property owners that list their condos, single family home, duplex or townhome for rent in our network.
Q: How do you organize all of the property information collected on the communities in your network?
A: We have purchased an extensive database that houses this information and allows us to filter the criteria you enter into our “Match Form” to provide you with properties that meet your criteria.
Q: How do I utilize your service?
A: Fill out our “Match Form” and our matchmakers will contact you to discuss your needs and assist you in your search.
Q: If I cannot use your match form, can I call Apartment Matchmakers for assistance?
A: Yes, go to the “Contact Us” Page of our website and call the listed telephone number. If you reach our voice mail, it is either outside business hours or we are assisting other match customers and will return your call promptly.
Q: If I receive your voice mail, what time can I expect a return call?
A: Our matchmakers are available throughout the day and evening and on weekends. We will not call you before 9 a.m. or after 9 p.m. Every effort will be made to return your call as promptly as possible and within 24 hours.
Q: If I own rental property, can I use your network to market my properties?
A: Yes, provided you honor fair housing laws and have set standard criminal and credit scoring criteria and uphold property management industry standards in maintaining your property. Go to the footer of this website and underneath “Clients”, click on “Sign Up”. There will be a form that pops up. Fill out this form and submit it and one of our owners will contact you about utilizing our services.
Q: If I am a real estate agent, can I use your service to assist my customers with rental housing?
A: Yes. Simply direct your customer to fill out our “Match Form” on our website. If you would like to furnish us with the customer’s name and email address, we will be sure to watch for their match form to come through our system to ensure they have listed you as their referring real estate agent.
Q: If I am a real estate agent, can I be listed in your agent directory?
A: Yes, if you choose to partner with us. We have partnering agent programs available. Please feel free to go to the footer of this website and underneath “Agents”, click on “Sign Up”. There will be a form that pops up. Fill out this form and submit it and one of our owners will contact you about our agent program. |
