Lynn Lanning

As a life-long resident of Dane County, Lynn Lanning possesses a strong knowledge of our unique rental market. She began her career in property management in 1990 as a Leasing Consultant in Madison. Throughout the next 15 years, she has worked for a few of the area’s most reputable management companies and has held positions as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Manager, Property Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President of Residential and Commercial Development. Lynn also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Broker’s License and has sold custom homes in Milwaukee where she was awarded the companies “New Sales Agent of the Year” award. She has also served as a buyer’s agent and worked for a developer as a listing agent in Verona. While she enjoyed her years of experience in real estate sales, Lynn’s passion is and has always been Leasing. On a personal note, Lynn’s interest can be summarized in four words….family, friends, fashion, and fun.

Deann MacPherson

Deann MacPherson has resided in the Madison area since moving here as a freshman in High School from New York City. Deann began her career in Customer Service and Marketing in 1992 and “happened upon” the Property Management industry in 1997 with a personal purchase of rental property in Madison. She began working for a non-profit foundation in 2001 and was the Administrator overseeing all commercial and student rental housing and marketing efforts. In addition, she assisted with the student programming and grant writing which funded these efforts. In 2004, she took on the role of Director of Leasing and Marketing and was responsible for both new and existing development for 52 properties in 3 states. Deann has also served as a Regional Manager and Resident Services Manager and holds her Broker's License. Deann has instructed in Fair Housing, Sales and Leasing Essentials and has developed the training curriculum for two property management companies. Deann’s passion has always been taking the essential steps of the Leasing process, simplifying them and making them as seamless as possible. On a personal note, Deann enjoys gardening, dance, travel and spending time with family.
